Robert Fletcher is the founder and President/CEO of Arrow Dynamic Systems, LLC. In this position, he leads the company's efforts to assist organizations in obtaining well known industry process improvement standards and models such as ISO 9001 and CMMI^® Institute's Development and Service Models. He participates as an appraisal team member in CMMI Appraisals. He is a Certified Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor in accordance with the requirements defined by Exemplar Global formally Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) and performs Registration and Surveillance audits for Registrars around the country.

Prior to founding Arrow Dynamic Services, LLC, Mr. Fletcher worked in private industry for over 25 years. He held positions as Manager, Director and Vice President of Quality Assurance & Quality Management in small, mid-size, and large companies. In this role Mr. Fletcher provided leadership and guidance as a quality lead and established and maintained organizations' ISO 9001 quality management systems and CMMI^® Maturity Level process improvement programs in order to better position organizations for contract awards and distinguish them from their competitors.

Previously, Fletcher worked as the Executive Quality Management System (QMS) Representative at the most successful Alaska Native Village Corporation, Chenega. At Chenega he played a key role in getting the Corporation and several of their large subsidiaries certified to ISO 9001 under one certificate. Fletcher also facilitated and served as lead adviser at Chenega Corporation to consolidate processes between Corporate Headquarters and its subsidiaries (LLCs). He streamlined and improved processes into a single set of cohesive policies and procedures. This provided significant cost savings through process consistency, repeatability and efficiency in the performance of business activities.

Earlier in his career, Fletcher conceptualized and developed a  Quality Assurance Program for an Equipment Testing Lab (GA Engineering Test  Lab's – GAETL) that provided safety related component qualification and  commercial grade dedication services to the commercial nuclear power plant  industry. He also oversaw Innovative Concepts, Inc. Quality hardware and software testing for the development, production and support of their wireless  data communications products and services that were called IDM Technology®. This included analyzing and controlling test environments, discussing and  finding solutions for identified issues and verification and validation of test  results.

In addition to his professional success, Fletcher chaired Corporate  Software Engineering Process Groups, Corporate Management Review Boards  and participated as a Senior Member of Corporate Configuration Control Boards. Fletcher developed and instructed several training programs to various clients both Domestic and International:

• “Orientation Training of the Quality Management System.”
• “Technical Evaluation, Classification and Dedication of Commercial Grade Items."
• “Principles and Practices of Quality Assurance.”
• “Introduction to ISO-9000 series Quality System Programs.”
• “Utilization of  Proper Auditing Techniques.”

He earned a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Maryland. He has been an active member of The ASQ - The American Society for Quality for over 25 years.
